Prior to earning his law degree in 1977, Lawyer Dana Stamps was a general laborer with General Motors at the Delco Moraine Division in Dayton and a realtor. Both he and his son, debt-relief lawyer Eric Stamps, understand the difficulties that can arise in people's lives through life circumstances. Our focus is to use the law to help you resolve your difficulties and move on with your life.

Until 1985, Attorney Dana Stamps worked in the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office. As Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Dana served as Team Leader and Director of the Fraud Division where he was honored by local Senior Citizens after successfully prosecuting criminals who defrauded seniors out of their life savings.
Our law firm is known and trusted in the area by clients who have called on our firm to represent them through proceedings in a variety of areas of law. Dana Stamps focuses his practice on Personal Injury, Estate Planning and Criminal Law. We have two convenient locations from which to serve our clients: the main office at 3814 Little York Road, in Dayton, Ohio, and a branch office at 2233 Miamisburg Centerville Road (across from the Dayton Mall).
Eric Stamps is committed to finding debt-relief solutions for every person who walks through our doors. He serves on the Dayton Bar Association's Bankruptcy Law Committee. He is dedicated to helping others reach their legal goals and he looks forward to helping you.
